I was just noticing the green of salal too. It can look almost mint colored.

I have a bat that is regularly visiting my porch. It flies about on it, isn't that great?

You just went to Glacier?! I went there after Yellowstone last September because my father and brother live in Montana - Seeley Lake. My parents got married near Logan's Pass in Glacier. I loved it! Going to the Sun Road is awesome!
We'll be leaving for Glacier in the beginning of July--really looking forward to it. We combined the park visit with my family reunion in Helena. Is the Sun Road the same as the Highway to the Sun? My husband has that on our list of things to see.
